Les Seychelles sont passées devant l’île Maurice et lui ont ravi la place de n°1 dans l'océan Indien et en Afrique subsaharienne, selon le classement mondial 2013 du Forum économique mondial (World Economic Forum à Davos- WEF), rendu public tout récemment.

QDVC, 49% owned subsidiary of VINCI Construction Grands Projets and 51% of Qatari Diar, has won a contract for a period of 9 months for the first phase of study and quantification of the work of a hotel complex located on the island of Mahé, the largest of the Seychelles and the culmination of the archipelago.

2007: Record Year for Tourism in Seychelles

The year 2007 will be a record year for tourism and especially for Seychelles Air Seychelles has transported some 161 000 visitors, including almost 32 000 French.
Europeans account for 80% of customers of the airline. The turnover of the company rose 13% to € 100 million for a net profit of 4.4 million. Positive results for almost ten years in the company confirms its desire for expansion.
