A new prefect for Mayotte: Denis Robin

Denis Robin was appointed prefect of Mayotte. His predecessor, Vincent Bouvier, is still ten months top-eight state representative in the French island to the status of particular significance as it is neither a department nor a TOM ... but a community department.
Denis Robin, who was previously director of human resources at the Prefecture of Police of Paris, has the important task, in particular, to organize the referendum on any change of status of Mayotte. Mahoran population will indeed talk about his willingness or not to see become a department Mayotte french (the 101 th). The referendum should take place in March or April.
