Hamah The Beach Hotel - 4 star superior future - is built gradually on the beach of the Hangman, a few cables Mamoudzou, the capital of Mayotte.

PADD allows for exemptions in relation to the "law Littoral and nine new sites located in discontinuity of existing built-up areas for potential host of tourist facilities:
- Mtsanga Tsoha on the town of Mtsamboro,
- Bamboo is the common Bandrélé,
- Mtsanga Beach in the town of Sada,
- Beach hanged in the town of Mamoudzou,
- Mtsanga chanf and Mtsanga Hadsalé on the town of Mtsangamouji,
- Mironi Kano, Mariani and Lidi Mtsanga Guell on the town of Boueni.
Apart from these nine areas of potential major tourist development, no major tourism development can be achieved in discontinuity of existing built-up areas.
To date, there are only three hotels located near ocean Mayotte: Garden Maoré (at N'Gouja in the extreme south), the hotel Sakouli (on the east coast, 25 minutes at Southern Mamoudzou) Trevan and the hotel (on the east coast, 15 minutes north of Mamoudzou).
