No new tourist hotel on the seafront in Mayotte before 3 years

The Layout and Sustainable Development (SPSD) of Mayotte is an important document for the future economic and environmental development of the island. Particularly because it allows for exceptions in relation to the "law Littoral". After being voted on 17 December 2004 by the General Council of Mayotte, it should definitely be validated by the State Council in mid-April.
PADD authorizes the construction of "tourist accommodation" on nine tracks. (To date there are only three hotels located on the seafront in Mayotte: Maoré Garden (at N'Gouja), the hotel and the hotel Sakouli Trevan)
