The Layout and sustainable development "of Mayotte received a favorable opinion of the State

The Layout and Sustainable Development (SPSD) of Mayotte is an important document for the economic and environmental future of the island of Mayotte. After being voted on 17 December 2004 by the General Council, he remained for three years in a drawer. He finally received a favorable opinion of the Council of State which included minor changes and asked for some clarification from the General Council.
PADD locates including nine new sites in discontinuity of existing built-up areas for potential host of tourist facilities:
- Mtsanga Tsoha on the town of Mtsamboro,
- Bamboo is the common Bandrélé,
- Mtsanga Beach in the town of Sada,
- Beach hanged in the town of Mamoudzou,
- Mtsanga chanf and Mtsanga Hadsalé on the Common
- Mtsangamouji,
- Mironi Kano, Mariani and Lidi Mtsanga Guell on the Common
- Boueni.
The final validation PADD by the State should intervene in mid-March.
