Prime Minister Francois Fillon went to Mayotte on Saturday 11 July 2009, accompanied by Patrick Devedjian, Minister to the Prime Minister, with responsibility for implementing the plan, Hervé Novelli, Secretary of State for Trade, handicrafts, small and medium enterprises, tourism, services and consumption, Chantal Jouanno, Secretary of State in charge of ecology and Marie-Luce Penchard, Secretary of State responsible for Overseas Wednesday
