Spring may mean, for the most affluent, with white sand beaches at the end of the world, tropical lagoon, African safari or ... skiing. But it can also rhyme with urban stroll in beautiful European cities and visits to exhibitions. The Routard produced a selection of the finest exhibitions across Europe, with a visit to Philadelphia and Quebec.
