Airline: the new black-list

The European Commission has recently published the twelfth update of the list of airlines banned within the EU.
The EU said all airlines from three African countries (Djibouti, Congo and Sao Tome and Principe) to its blacklist. Carriers Ukraine Ukrainian Cargo Airways Volare and Motor Sich has however been removed from the list, then qu'Ukrainian Mediterranean Airlines was allowed to resume operations with a single device. Eight other airlines are again allowed to operate under certain conditions - TAAG Angola Airlines, Air Astana, Kazakhstan, Gabon Airlines and Afrijet SN2AG established in Gabon, Air Bangladesh, Air Service Comores. EgyptAir and Yemenia escape entry in the blacklist but their planes will be surveillance.
